The task is missing the required summary in the item description.
Solution
Using the Service Editor, provide a meaningful summary for your task.
- Double-click the error in the Prepare window.
- Enter a summary for the task in the Description box.

If the tool your task is based on started with a blank or empty description, the information you enter into the Description box is saved back to the item description of the tool. If your tool had existing information in the item description, changes made in the Service Editor are not saved back to the tool.
